Dr. Munoz and his staff are miraculous ! I have experienced anxiety about dental work, even cleanings, for as long as I can remember. To help this, I have seen Susie, one of Dr. Munoz’s hygienists, for years. In the process of my cleanings it is evident that she takes into consideration my personal difficulties with anxiety and additional jaw difficulties. Thank you Susie!!

When I met Dr. Munoz for the first time I was immediately impressed with his friendliness and professionalism. His attentiveness to myself, his hygienist and other staff members is highly visible.

Nikki, Dr. Munoz’s Patient Card Coordinator, and Jenny, Dr.Munoz’s Office Manger, are extremely pleasant when I walk into the office and throughout my visit. I have been a patient at Dr. Munoz’s office for many years (prior to Dr. Munoz taking ownership) and Jenny, Nikki and Susie have been a constant in my care at the office!
In addition, Nikki, Jenny and Dr. Munoz have gone above and beyond in helping me deal with an ongoing injury sustained nearly 6 years ago. Between the three of them they have put countless hours into putting together a treatment plan, meeting with me and getting together records for my work injury.

I highly recommend Dr. Munoz’s office if you are looking for a dentist, hygienists and more that care for your well being and will be there for you in times of need! We take the health of our mouth/teeth for granted, but when something happens you need the right people involved to emotionally and medically help you get through the process of treatment.

Dr. Munoz and his team saved my bacon! My daughter had a sports accident at school and busted her two front teeth. His staff was able to get me in almost immediately and Dr. Muniz worked his magic and artistry to completely reconstruct my daughters smile. The smile is a huge deal to a 14-year-old girl. They also went above and beyond to make sure her new teeth would be protected! I highly recommend Dr. Munoz and his team for any and all of your smile needs!

I was there yesterday for the first time, everyone that worked there was very nice, Dr. Munuz was awesome I had to have a crown ,no pain , i plan on going back to have an implant .

Sebastian and all of the staff are top notch at patient friendly service and quality. Aonther nice feature is he accepts a reasonable amount of insurance plans. Not like my former dentist who was you pay me in full the day of service and the patient needs to deal with billing and collecting from the insurance.

He was extremely attentive, professional, detail-oriented and listened to all of my concerns with my tooth problem I had. As a nurse myself, I know how important it is to deliver high quality and compassionate care and Dr. Sebastian truly listened and took very good care of me. From the receptionists, to the assistants, every staff all around are were kind and helpful. What a great atmosphere! Dr. Sebastian, thank you so much! I have been going to Dr. Munoz for several months after contacting the office with an infected tooth. Admittedly, I had put off routine dental care for a few years and hadn’t established myself with a dentist since moving to the area. Dr. Munoz and his team got me in quickly and now have me back on track with dental care.
The entire office rocks….they are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and passionate about what they do. My daughter, granddaughter and as of this afternoon, my wife, are all patients. Need I say more? I don’t often take the time to write reviews but as a small business owner I also understand how important it is to recognize when a business truly earns it, which is certainly the case with Dr. Munoz and his entire team!

Dr. Sebastian and all the staff are wonderful – it’s obvious they truly care about their patients. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Sebastian and his entire staff are absolutely fantastic! Very professional and very kind, very clean, very accommodating, and very honest. Truly experts when it comes to taking care of oral health. They were able to see my daughter immediately when she had horrible mouth pain caused by an abscess. They made room in their busy schedule to see her and treat her right away. Every person we came across was very compassionate. They are all good with children, know just how to make them feel safe. After seeing Dr. Sebastian for the treatment of my almost five-year-old, I moved my entire family to his practice. They are phenomenal! I am so happy to have found such a great team in the Green Bay Area that can take care of my entire family, at every age.

While going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do, ALL the staff, Dr. Jim (retired), and Dr. David make it almost enjoyable! You are welcomed into a clean, modern, and caring environment that makes you feel at home. I appreciate the advice given, (knowing that knowledge and equipment is updated), and having options offered for the best care possible.
